When it comes to the Law of Attraction working in our lives, raising the state of our frequency is very crucial!
When we elevate our energy, we automatically elevate to a higher frequency. Every time we do this, we open ourselves to new opportunities. The more we raise our vibration, the more our self-awareness we have and the closer we become to aligning with the Universe. The quicker we increase our frequency, the quicker we are able to manifest.
Here are 5 Ways to elevate our vibration:
1. Power Naps
Sleep is very important for our health. Lack of sleep can not only disrupt our emotions, but can also make it extremely challenging for concentration levels. Taking a quick power nap can greatly increase our energy and focus. When we have more of energy and focus, it is much easier to be in alignment with manifesting our desires.
2.Stretching
For many working individuals, their jobs require them to sit for long hours during the day. While this can be understandable, we sit in one position for a long duration, our bodies begin to stiffen and our energy levels slowly begin to decrease. Doing simple stretches throughout the day can do wonders for raising our vibration. A simple stretch that I personally love to do is raising my hands above my head while rotating my head slowly in circles to work out all the kinks.
3. Get Outside.
Spend some time in nature. Go for a walk. Get some fresh air. Activities outdoors can greatly energize and relax us as human beings by connecting with the universal energy around us.
4. Creative Activities.
Painting. Drawing. Singing. Anything creative in nature can help us tap into the left side of our brains, which can give us a boost in our energy levels and overall mood.
5. Hugs.
Human touch is not only very powerful, but extremely needed for our spirit. Hugs are free and very simple to do. Hugging others helps get oxytocin running through our bodies. This activity can also greatly calm our nervous system, lower stress levels, and can instantly make an individual feel significantly better.
